By accessing or using the Digital Academy website and purchasing our digital products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

Digital Academy provides downloadable digital guides (PDF ebooks) and supplementary materials related to digital content creation, video production, and related skills. All products are delivered digitally as downloadable files.

3. Purchase and Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your digital products. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. No account registration is required.

4. Use License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, and use the digital materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the materials
Modify or create derivative works from the content
Share the downloaded files with others
Use the materials for commercial training or resale
Upload the materials to file-sharing or torrent services

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in the currency specified at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Digistore24). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, templates, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Digital Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that:

Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Infringes on the rights of others
Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the Services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
